LAPADA Fine Art & Antiques Fair Visit & Dinner


Join us at the LAPADA Art & Antiques Fair on Tuesday 13th September followed by a dinner with wines at the Club afterwards. Ema Sikic, Manager of St. James’s Ancient Art Gallery, art historian and archaeologist will give a guided tour of the LAPADA Art and Antiques fair (London and Provincial Antique Dealers Association) commencing at 6pm. Meet at the entrance to the Marquee in Berkeley Square, London W1J.
Ema will guide visitors through the fair commencing with Antiquity stands, moving through to Decorative Arts, whilst visiting jewellery, paintings and furniture stands along the way. The tour will end with a visit to some Contemporary Art stands. The tour will last approximately 45 minutes giving visitors the opportunity to browse at their leisure until the fair closes at 8pm.
Guests to make their way promptly at the close of the fair to the Royal Thames Yacht Club where a two course dinner will be served. After dinner Ema will give a talk accompanied with slides on “Wearable Jewellery of Classical Antiquity”.
Please note numbers are limited and tickets will be allocated on first come first serve basis.
