Pedestrian Access to the Clubhouse 19th September 2016 - May 2017

On the evening of Sunday 18th through to the early hours of Monday 19th  September a pedestrian diversion will be introduced in preparation of the hoarding installation that will be erected to the hotel fa├žade. Pedestrian access to the walkway in front of the hotel will be prevented for safety reasons.  During Phase 1 all pedestrian traffic exiting Knightsbridge Underground Station on the north (park) and wanting to travel east towards the Club/Hyde Park Corner will be re-directed across Knightsbridge to the pavement outside Harvey Nichols and then east to the crossing at Albert Gate.  A diagram of the pedestrian route has been placed on the Club’s notice board and be accessed here.
The Secretary will receive regular newsletters from the hotel and has attended two neighbours’ meetings which will be held from time to time during the project.  If members have any concerns or difficulties caused by the works they should in the first instance contact the House Manager or Secretary.
