The Clubhouse is the perfect venue for a private event, from private meetings to class association gatherings, from business seminars to family weddings.

We have 10 event spaces across two floors including the Britannia Deck, each with their own style and atmosphere, providing the ideal setting for your private event.

From an intimate bar experience to a private dinner for up to 180 guests; no request is too small or too large for the Clubs dedicated events team, who will work with you to plan and execute your function and make it an unforgettable experience.

Coffee Room The Coffee Room is named after the many 18th Century coffee rooms of London, with stunning views of Hyde Park and the unique experience of watching the changing of the guards twice a day this room is a grand setting for your event. The Club's magnificent Coffee Room leads into the Mountbatten Suite and it can accommodate up to 104 guests for lunch or dinner.	Mountbatten Suite This can be utilised separately or combined with The Coffee Room to provide a light and versatile open space, ideal for large receptions or formal dining for up to 174 covers. The Mountbatten Suite can further be divided by a partition to create the East End & Centre Rooms.	Edinburgh Room The beautiful Edinburgh Room offers a splendid setting for formal dining. This room is ideal for lunches and dinners for up to 22 guests and can also be used for pre-drinks for up to 50 guests or for intimate lectures or meetings.	Cumberland Bar This room holds the Quarter Deck and has the fantastic view of bustling Knightsbridge, it is perfect for a reception area before sitting down for a delicious meal.

Britannia Bar On the ground floor, the Britannia Bar is ideal for canapes receptions or pre-dinner drinks and can accommodate up to 90 people standing. By extending into adjoining rooms capacity can be increased to 220. This room offers access to our desk providing additional open air space to enhance your experience.	Britannia Deck Leading on from the Britannia Bar, the Deck is the perfect place to enjoy a drink looking onto Hyde Park.	East End Room The Mountbatten Suite divides into The East End Room and is great for small dinners and meetings	Centre Room The Mountbatten Suite divides into The Centre Room which with a beautiful view of Hyde Park is a lovely spot for lunches and dinners.

Queenborough Room This room is a classic, clean room which hosts smaller meetings.	Paget Room The Paget Room can be used for meetings or lectures and can be combined with the Queenborough Room.	Library The Library is well appointed for use as a board room or a small meeting room for up to 12 people. The room has an internet and Skype enabled Smart TV which can also be connected to laptops for use with presentations and document viewing.
